Claranet consistently appears in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 as one of the fastest growing privately-owned businesses in the UK. Our international success is driven by local service, out of local offices, using a mixture of local and international infrastructure, including Hyperscaler clouds.

Claranet Cyber Security is a world class business unit within Claranet, designed to give customers access to market-leading information security services spanning, training, consulting, and managed services.

This is a senior management role with the SBU management team which combines strategic, product, commercial and sales responsibilities.

The Offensive Security Senior Manager must provide inspirational and forward-looking leadership to motivate a dedicated and highly technical team of penetration testers, develop the offensive security portfolio, and play a critical role in the growth of the Offensive Security function.

The Offensive Security Senior Manager role would be ideal for an experienced Team Leader, with a strong background in penetration testing, who is ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting to, and working with, the Head of Assurance Services, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of delivery including portfolio shaping, output quality (technical and reporting), team development and hiring, and serve as the technical expert and leader for the function. Also, you will be responsible for leading complex engagements for a range of clients including presales activities and some delivery.

As the role requires a high level of stakeholder management and assessment coordination this would suit an individual with excellent client facing and interpersonal skills who also appreciates the highly technical abilities of the penetration testers and is able to interact with both. Ideally you will have experience of working in a large organisation and understand how to develop organisational awareness and build a network of business contacts.

We’re working on building an ever-improving company based on openness, diversity, collaboration, and empathy as our core values, a company that aims to be inclusive for the diverse group of people we get to work with, and where everyone supports each other and celebrates successes together. We want our people to feel engaged, comfortable, and healthy—and to know that they can belong here, no matter their story or background. If this resonates with you, then come and join us
