About The Role

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide technical project management support to the NotSoSecure PMO team
  • Participate in pre-sales meetings and discussions and provide technical inputs related to scoping and solutioning
  • Provide technical inputs and responses to customers during project delivery as and when required
  • Maintain up to date technical know-how of pen testing and other NotSoSecure services
  • Responsible for project planning and execution, client experience, and ensuring delivery meets NotSoSecure standards
  • Provide End to End Project Support from resource assignment to set up of the repository, information gathering, client communications, etc.
  • Setup, Preparation and Coordination of client meetings
  • Lead project meetings, own meeting agenda and meeting outcomes
  • Deliver Project Status Reports
  • Assist in Client Relationship
  • Responsible for Project Deliverables (such as Reports, Attestation, etc.)
  • Implement Processes and Ideas for Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in best practice sharing.
  • Demonstrate business acumen through control of the internal and external budget, resource utilisation and billability across multiple projects
  • Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to lead and deliver high-quality engagements

About You

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination/ project management in a consulting environment
  • Understanding of Project Management Concepts
  • Experience supporting security projects 
  • Strong technical skills and information security knowledge 
  • Experience with pen testing and security assessments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills 
  • Demonstrated Skills in time management, project scheduling, multitasking, managing expectation, client communications
  • Experience with Project Management tools (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Sound team worker, relationship builder 
  • Use of Google Workspace, MS Office applications and email
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal
