About The Role

Job Responsibilities: 
The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be expected to:
  • Assist with the delivery of new and existing compliance certifications
  • Day to day management and continuous improvement of the Information Management System (IMS / QMS / ISMS) 
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures for monitoring by compliance.
  • Manage the internal audit programme and maintaining the Corrective Action Reports (CAR), ensuring that all matters concerning audits are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Produce monthly compliance reports detailing outstanding audit actions and their status
  • Assist in developing and implementing an effective compliance culture throughout the Company
  • Assist in the training and educational plans, bulletins and initiatives to improve the level of compliance
  • Ensure prompt escalation of significant compliance issues 
  • Assist with general compliance administration including incident reporting, evidence gathering, maintenance of compliance registers and others as required

About You

Essential Skills
Strong English communication and documentation writing skills
Experience of working with ISO standards
Numerate and IT literate with strong project management / organisational skills
Experience of working across a variety of business areas at all levels to be capable of building strong relationships across the business

Experience in Compliance within the Healthcare Sector
Experience of working with ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO22301 and ISO27001
